Yoga in the Flowers

Please join Kelsey Holmes for an all levels yoga flow, at the magical Two Kays Flower Farm.  You can expect a mindful and intentional yoga flow, focused on alignment and deep connection with your body and breath.  This yoga practice will be accessible for all levels, even beginners.  Please bring a yoga mat, a water bottle and a desire to connect and practice in a stunning location. 

Kelsey has been teaching yoga in the valley and online since 2017. With her background as a massage therapist and her current life and mindset coaching practice, Kelsey brings a unique and intentional presence to each yoga class she teaches.
