There are evenings on the farm that linger long after the last candle is blown out — and our 2025 Farm to Table Dinner was one of them.
Held on a warm August night, the dinner unfolded right in the heart of our flower fields, surrounded by blooms at their seasonal peak. Guests gathered beneath the pergola as the sun dipped low, sharing conversation, laughter, and a meal that celebrated both the land and the people who tend it.
This dinner was a true collaboration — one of those magical moments where every piece comes together effortlessly.
A Thoughtfully Curated Farm to Table Dinner
The evening’s menu was lovingly crafted by The Kopper Kitchen, whose approach to seasonal, intentional food felt perfectly aligned with the spirit of the farm. Each course highlighted fresh ingredients and comforting flavors, encouraging guests to slow down and savor every bite.
Design and styling were brought to life by SG Weddings & Events, who transformed the table into a layered, romantic landscape — soft linens, flickering candles, and garden-inspired details that felt elegant yet grounded. Our flowers were woven throughout the design, echoing the colors and textures blooming just beyond the table.
Dessert, created by Bakes and Cakes by Brie, was the sweetest finishing touch — equal parts beautiful and delicious, and a favorite talking point as the evening wound down.
Flowers at the Height of the Season
August is one of our favorite months on the farm. The fields are full, the colors are rich, and the flowers feel abundant and alive. For this dinner, arrangements were designed to feel loose, organic, and celebratory — flowers spilling across the table as if they’d just been gathered moments before.
Every bloom told a story of the season and of the land they were grown on.
An Evening Worth Remembering
Captured beautifully by Love Light Photography, this night now lives on through images that feel as warm and intimate as the evening itself. From golden light filtering through the pergola to quiet moments shared across the table, the photos reflect what this dinner was always meant to be — a gathering rooted in connection.
Our Farm to Table dinners are about more than a meal. They’re about community, collaboration, and creating space to pause and be present. We’re endlessly grateful to everyone who joined us at the table and to the talented vendors who helped bring this night to life.
We can’t wait to do it again.
